Joining couldn't be easier, just follow this link: http://www.jobs2view.com/employers/signup.php and input the requested information.

Once you have read and fully understood our Terms and Conditions please complete all the required fields. Fields marked with a red asterix are essential. You will then be able to upload your company's current job vacancies and begin searching for candidates.

If you are joining as a result of the 1 Month Fee trail you still need to register as above to start using the site.

To upload your current job vacancies, you must first join the site.
Once you have done this simply click on the Jobs tab and select Add New Job.
You will then be asked to input a Job Description and add key skills that are needed to perform the job.
Should you already have a Job Description, simply copy and paste the required information into the appropriate fields.

Jobs2View asks you to input your Job Description in this way to create a more effective search engine for candidates to find your Job. Every word you use is searchable, so you are sure to get maximum exposure.

Jobs2View gives you 48 hours to edit any Job Avert you put onto the site. After this time should you wish to amend any details you will have to delete that Job and post a new one.
To edit a Job, simply click on Jobs, then Show Jobs, then click the Edit button next to the desired Job Advert.
To save any changes you must click the Save Job button at the bottom of the page.

Screening questions enable you to quickly asses a candidate's suitability. You can add questions with multiple choice answers for a candidate to select. You can set the pass rating, for example 3 out of 5, but can still view all applications with their respective ratings.
You can add a question by clicking Add Question. Once you are happy with the question, click Save. You can then add your multiple choice answers.

Simply perform a Candidate Search inputting your desired key skills, your preferred radius to your business address and salary details. Once you perform the search and your search results are displayed, click the Save Search icon displayed above your search results.

CV Contact Credits represent the system Jobs2View uses to manage the Fee charging structure based on the number of candidates the employer gets in contact with.

CV Contact Credits also help to protect candidates from unscrupulous people that may try to access the database for inappropriate or non-agreed use.

You will have been issued a pre-defined amount of CV Contact Credits according to the package you select on the site (each package is set up with what should be more than enough CV Contact Credits to enable you to fill the respective number of vacancies within that package). However if you have used up all of your allocation, you can simply upgrade your package or buy more CV Contact Credits.

You can view an unlimited number of CVs and send Job Adverts to as many candidates as you wish. You will only use one CV Contact Credit when you either want to arrange an interview with a candidate that is also accepted by the candidate OR if you want to have direct contact with a candidate (I.e. click the "Get Contacts" button).

Candidates that apply to you via a Job Advert DO NOT count as part of your CV Contact Credit allocation. You may view an unlimited amount of Advert response CVs.

To apply for any Job, first you must register as a candidate and upload your CV. Once you have done this, simply type your covering letter at the bottom of the relevant Job Advert page and click the "Apply Now" button. The employer will be sent your covering letter and a copy of your CV. You can track the progress of your application in the Applications Page.

All of your Job Applications will be shown in your "Applications" section of Jobs2View.

You can track the status of your application in the "Application Status" section. This will show you any feeback an employer has submitted.

If you keep getting rejected for Jobs or are not being contacted about new jobs, this could be for one of several reasons.

Firstly, print off the preview of your CV and read it with fresh eyes. Does it portray all of your skills and abilities?

Remember employers use "Key Words" to search for CVs. For example, a mechanic may search for CVs that contain the words "Mechanic and Car". So if you're a mechanic but work as an "Automotive Technician" and don't have the word "Mechanic" on your CV, you wouldn't be shown in that employers' search results. So make sure you include generic key words in the body of your CV.

Ask yourself the following:

• Do you have the relevant skills/experience the employer requests?
• Is your CV an accurate reflection of your skills and experiences?
• Does your CV list your key skills?
• Does your Video Profile sell you as a candidate?

Jobs2View allows you to upload pre-recorded Video Profiles. However, we can only accept files that are a maximum of 3 Meg in size. If you have recorded a Video Profile on a video camera/digital camera and it won't upload, it may be because the file is too big. Remember the size of the file depends on the resolution of the picture. The higher the resolution, the larger the file will be. Try re-recording your Video Profile in a lower resolution format. I.e. check your camera settings and select a lower resolution. If this doesn't work, please contact us and we will do what we can: help@Jobs2View.com.

Simply go to Your Account and click on Account Details. You can alter all of your personal information.

Remember the postcode you enter here will be used in your job searching.
